摘 要:目的建立化妆品中双酚A的静态注射化学发光测定法。方法根据碱性介质中双酚A对鲁米诺-高锰酸钾化学发光反应的抑制作用,以静态注射化学发光分析法测定化妆品中的双酚A。结果该方法的线性范围为1.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-3mol/L(r=0.993),检出限为4.3×10^-3 mol/L,回收率为76.24%~94.21%,RSD为2.3%~4.2%(n=5)。结论该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,适用于化妆品中双酚A的测定。Objective To develop a rapid and simple static injection chemiluminescence method to determine bisphenol A in cosmetics. Methods A mixture of luminol-potassium permanganate in the alkaline solution could create a stable chemiluminescence(CL) signal, and bisphenol A could inhibit the CL signal when it was poured into the mixture, based on it, then a method for the determination of bisphenol A with chemiluminescence by static injection of the luminal-potassium permanganate mixture was proposed. Results The linear range for the determination of bisphenol A was 1.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-3mol/L(r=0.993) with a detection limit of 4.3×10^-3mol/L. The rates of recovery were 76.24%-94.21%, the relative standard deviations were 2.3%-4.2%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and applicable to the determination of bisphenol A in cosmetics.
