摘 要:随着我国特高压直流输电技术的发展,亟需±1 000 kV大容量直流污秽试验电源满足大尺寸污秽外绝缘的研究。通过对±1 000 kV电压反馈控制直流污秽试验电源进行建模仿真,分析了可控硅调节下回路的特性,以及滤波电容、调压器的超调量、试验变压器内阻抗、交直流保护电阻、交流分压器对电压跌落率的影响。滤波电容可根据公式进行选取;超调量一般取10%,不满足时可根据试验电压和污秽情况进行调整。试验结果表明:研制的±1 000 kV直流污秽试验电源在-800^-300 kV试验电压下的电压跌落率<5%,满足标准的要求。同时验证了仿真计算结果以及试验电源参数选取的合理性,可用来指导高电压大容量直流污秽试验电源的研制和试验研究。With rapid development of UHVDC power transmission in China, the contamination tests for ±1 000 kV large-capacity DC power supply should be conducted on large-size external insulations. We established a numerical model of such power supply, which was voltage feedback controlled. With the model, we analyzed the characteristics of the silicon-controlled rectifier(SCR) under the regulation loop, as well as how the voltage drop rate was influenced by the filter capacitor, the regulator overshoot, the test transformer impedance, the AC/DC protection resistors, and the AC capacitive dividers. Moreover, a formula is proposed for selecting the filter capacitors, generally taking an overshoot of 10%, and this value is variable according to the requirements of test voltage and pollution to be met. Further experimental results indicate that when the power supply's output decreases from-800 kV to-300 kV, its voltage drop is less than 5%, which meets the requirements of pollution test standard and shows the rationality of the simulation results and the parameter selection. The results can be used as a reference for developing and testing other large-capacity HVDC power supplies for contamination tests.
