摘  要:目的:研究CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836基因多态性与紫杉醇血药浓度关系。方法:应用高效液相色谱法检测紫杉醇血药浓度,应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性法检测CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836基因多态性,研究3种基因型患者各10名紫杉醇血药浓度差异。结果:CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836 CC基因型的紫杉醇血药浓度为(0.086±0.028)μg·ml-1,CG型为(0.098±0.029)μg·ml-1,GG型为(0.111±0.031)μg·ml-1。结论:CYP1B1基因多态性与紫杉醇血药浓度有一定关联,但差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。OBJECTIVE To explore the relevance between the genetic polymorphism of CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836 and plasma paclitaxel concentrations.METHODS The plasma paclitaxel concentrations were detected with high performance liquid chromatography,and the genetic polymorphism of CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836 was determined using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism to analyze the differences of the plasma paclitaxel concentrations among the patients with three genotypes,and there were six patients in each genotype.RESULTS The plasma paclitaxel concentrations were(0.086±0.028)μg·ml-1 for CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836 CC allele,(0.098±0.029)μg·ml-1 for CG allele and(0.111±0.031)μg·ml-1 for GG allele.CONCLUSION The genetic polymorphism of CYP1B1 SNP rs 1056836 is associated with the plasma paclitaxel concentrations,but there are no significant differences of the plasma paclitaxel concentrations among these three genotypes(P〉0.05).
