摘　　要：目的:建立当归芍药胶囊(当归、芍药、茯苓、白术、泽泻、川芎)的HPLC特征指纹图谱分析方法。方法:SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm,检测时间50 min。结果:建立了当归芍药胶囊的HPLC特征指纹图谱,标示出9个共有色谱峰,均达到较好分离。结论:建立的方法分离效果好,灵敏、准确、简单,可作为当归芍药胶囊质量评价的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a fingerprint method for analyzing the quality of Dangguishaoyao capsules（Radix Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria,Rhizoma Reizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Alismatis）.METHODS A HPLC was applied with a SinoChrom ODS-BP C18column（5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）by gradient elution using methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid as the mobile phase at 30℃.The flow-rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 254 nm.RESULTS The common modes for the HPLC fingerprints were set up by ensuring 9 commom peaks in the chromatograms.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,accurate and simple,thereby it can be used specifically for the quality control of Dangguishaoyao capsules.
