充分发挥江西发展的水资源优势

摘　　要：江西省水资源总量丰富,水质优良,现状年开发利用程度较低,是江西发展最可靠的优势资源。在当前我国经济社会发展水资源、水环境约束不断增强的背景下,从分析水资源与经济社会发展的关系入手,按照"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的治水新思路,对充分发挥江西的水资源优势,支撑全省经济社会加快发展进行了探讨。Jiangxi Province has obvious competitive advantages in water resources due to its rich reserve, good quality and high reliability as well as low intensity of exploitation. Analysis is made from the relationship between water resources with economic and social development under the background of increasingly importance of water resources and environment constrains during economic and social development in China. Discussions are made on how to make beneficial use of water resources in Jiangxi in order to fasten economic and social development in the province, in accordance with new water management strategy of giving priority to water conservation and spatial balance by systematic governance and both structural and non-structural measures.
