摘　　要：矩形钢带料经锥辊碾压会形成面内弯曲变形,卷曲为梯形截面。要把这种变形过程实现为搅龙叶片连续加工过程,需要掌握钢带在锥辊楔面挤压和咬入过程中影响钢带几何变形的因素以及条件。实现这一过程是一个复杂多元素作用的复合过程,搅龙叶片异面锥辊碾轧机通过几种参数调整,就可以实现这种加工。Rectangular steel material will be impacted by the tapered roller into a trapezoidal cross-section. How to real-ize this deformation into a continuous helical blade process , which need to know the factors and the conditions that affect the geometric distortion of strip during the strip extruding and biting with tapered roller wedge .It is a complexmulti-ele-ment composite action to achieve this process .But we can realize it with adjusting several parameters by a Helical blade noncoplanar tapered roller machine .
