摘  要:针对河南、山东等地区的玉米收获模式,研究出一种低倾角型收获割台。该装置采用拉茎辊、摘穗板和拨禾链组合方式实现摘穗功能;增设的剔草板可有效清除杂草;在割台中间轴上安装有安全离合器以解决生产安全问题;配装排茎辊的果穗输送装置能有效排除夹杂的茎秆,降低果穗含杂率。割台和果穗输送装置的设计对于减轻农民劳动强度、提高作业效率、降低玉米生产成本、提高生产效益,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设等都具有十分重要的现实意义和长远的战略意义。A low-angle type harvester cutting table was developed for Henan , Shandong Province and other regions , it applies to the corn harvest patterns; it has pull stalk rolls , snapping plate and chain to achieve the snapping function;additional tick plate is to effectively remove weeds; safety clutch was designed on the intermediate shaft to solve safety problem;the conveying equipment was fitted with rollers to eliminate redundant stems effectively and reducing the impuri -ty rate;integrated various components of the machine correctly can let the machine have a good job .It has a very impor-tant practical significance and long-term strategic significance .And it is to alleviate the labor intensity of farmers , im-prove operational efficiency , reduce corn production costs , improve production efficiency , promote the building of a new socialist countryside and so on .
