烟叶入户预检电动打捆机的研发与应用

摘　　要：多年来,部分烟区劳动力缺乏、经济相对落后、科技应用水平低,导致在烟叶收购入户预检环节依然采用传统落后木质打捆器械作业。为了解决在入户预检环节烟叶打捆强度大、效率低等问题,烟叶电动打捆机利用电动机械技术对传统木质打捆器进行彻底改造设计,采用电力驱动代替人力劳动,实现自动化作业;同时将立式打捆变成水平打捆,便于操作。应用效果表明:机械较传统木质打捆器作业方式提高效率2.3倍,较大地节约了时间、劳力及成本,在推动烟叶生产全程机械化自动化方面进行了有益的尝试。Over the years , some tobacco-growing areas are lack of labor , economy relatively backward , low level of technology application , that is lead to be still using traditional and backward wooden baling equipment operating in tobac -co purchasing home preflight link .in order to solve the bundling high strength , low efficiency problem in tobacco purcha-sing home preflight link , tobacco electric baler using electric machinery technology to conduct a thorough transformation design of the traditional wooden bale , using power-driven instead of human labor , achieved automate job , the vertical baling become horizontal strapping , easy to operate .the effect of the application Show： machinery methods of work are 2 .3 times than traditional methods , it economizes much time , labor and cost;it is useful attempt to promote full mecha-nization automation of tobacco production .
