摘 要:针对目前国内生产的水平旋转搂草机结构、性能较差,研制出适用于天然草场和人工种植草场的高效低损的多功能水平旋转搂草机。该机采用模块化结构,能够完成优质青干草的搂、摊、翻等多种工序的作业。为此,论述了9LS-6.0型水平旋转搂草机的整机结构及工作原理,完成了搂草装置、地面行走仿形机构等关键零部件主要参数的设计,并对整机进行了试验。试验结果表明:该机具各项技术性能指标均符合设计要求,可满足优质饲草的收获要求。Aiming at the poor performance and poor structure of rotary rake in domestic , one multi-functional horizontal rotary rake with high efficient and low grass loss was developed .The machine which was suitable for harvesting forage grass in natural grassland and artificial planting pasture was designed in modularization structure ; it could finish the process of raking , tedding , and moving .The overall structure and working principle were described briefly .The major working components such as raking equipments and profile modeling mechanism were designed .The experiment results show that all technical indexes of the machine meet the design requirements .The machine can satisfy with the harvesting requirements of high-quality forage grass .
