摘 要:玉米钵育移栽技术是提高玉米单产水平和品质的主要技术措施之一。国内玉米移栽生产机械化程度低,多为半自动,作业速度受限于人工取苗,喂苗速度、移栽质量不稳定,直接限制了这项技术的推广和应用。国外大多数全自动移栽机由于结构复杂、造价过高,以及国内外地理条件差异等因素影响导致无法应用。为此,通过分析国外移栽机的发展趋势,总结国内半自动移栽机供苗方式的不足,结合高速水稻插秧机进给机构特点,提出国内旱地移栽机供苗机构应向基于多穴连钵、全自动的高等机械化趋势发展。Maize breeding and transplanting technology is one of the main technical measures the level and quality of maize yield , production mechanization of domestic corn was lower , transplanting machine is semi-automatic , operating speed is limited to artificial seedling , transplanting seedling feeding speed , quality is not stable , directly restricts the popularization and application of this technology;most of the foreign automatic transplanting machine because of complex structure , high cost , and the influence of the factors such as differences in geographical conditions can not be applied . This paper analyses the development trend of foreign transplanter , inadequate summary of domestic semi-automatic trans-planting machine feeding mode , combined with the characteristics of high-speed rice transplanter machine feed mecha-nism , the domestic transplanter supply to multiple points based on even the pot seedling mechanism , to the full automatic mechanical tendency .
