摘  要:玉龙铜矿硫化矿氧化率较高 (13 2 6 % ) ,次生铜含量大 (73 4% ) ,黄铁矿含量高 ,高岭石和蒙脱石的含量也较多 (18 6 1% ) ,矿石性质复杂、难选。通过多种选矿工艺流程探讨 ,确定采用铜硫混合浮选 -混合精矿再磨后铜硫分离 -混选尾矿分级后矿砂浮选、矿泥酸浸工艺。在小型试验基础上 ,完成了扩大连选试验。连选试验所获铜精矿铜品位2 0 47%、铜回收率 73 6 6 % ,加上矿泥酸浸 ,总铜回收率为 78 49%。Sulphide ore at Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet is a type of complex and refractory ore Mineralogy research showed that contents of secondary copper minerals, pyrite, montmorillonite and kaolinite as well as oxidation ratio were higher By comparison of various flowsheets, the flowsheet of Cu S bulk flotation regrinding of bulkrougher concentrate followed by Cu S separation sand flotation after bulk flotation tailings desliming slime acid leaching was developed On the basis of the batch test, the continuous test was carried out The results of continuous test showed that 20 47% of copper concentrate grade and 78 49% of total copper recovery, with 73 66% of flotation recovery and 4 83% of acid leaching recovery, could be obtained
