摘  要:应用有限元法对四油楔油膜支撑的工业汽轮机转子进行建模和临界转速的计算,在考虑轴承刚度系数和阻尼系数的Campbell图中,除了正向涡动频率和反向涡动频率外,会出现额外的低频涡动频率,分析表明:轴承阻尼系数是产生该现象的主要原因,当阻尼系数不考虑或阻尼系数值降低到0.5×106以下时,低频涡动频率消失;另外不考虑轴承油膜阻尼系数会降低转子系统临界转速。The finite element method(FEM) was used to model the industrial steam turbine which was supported by fouroil-wedge bearing and calculate critical speeds. Considering the bearing stiffness and damping coefficients,we found out that in the Campbell diagrams,an additional whirling frequency appeared except for the forward and backward whirl frequencies at every spin speed. Analysis results show that bearing damping coefficient is the main reason for the phenomenon appearing. When neglecting the bearing damping coefficients or the bearing damping coefficients value is less than 0. 5 ×106,the additional whirling frequency disappear. Besides,neglecting the bearing damping coefficients would reduce damping critical speeds of the system.
