摘 要:以硝酸铝和碳酸氢铵为主要原料,采用湿化学法,在1 135℃煅烧2 h,制备了平均晶粒尺寸为31.6 nm的α-Al2O3纳米粉末。研究了表面活性剂及水与乙醇的体积比的溶剂以及前驱体的煅烧温度和时间对合成粉末的相组成及晶粒大小的影响。结果表明,制备前驱体的最佳滴定速度为将Al(NO3)3溶液一次性全部加入NH4HCO3溶液中,水和无水乙醇的最佳体积比为1∶1,分散效果最好的分散剂是PEG6000;前驱体的最佳煅烧温度为1 135℃,时间为2 h。The nanosized α-Al2O3powders with average grain size of 31. 6 nm were synthesized by aluminum nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials to prepare NH4Al( OH)2CO3precursor by wet chemical method in the holding fired,the precursor at 1 135 ℃ for 2 h. The effects of surface active agent,the volume ratio of water and ethanol of the solvent and the fired temperature of precursor and time on the phase composition and particle size of the prepared powders were investigated. The results showed that crystalline size of the prepared powders,the best preparation conditions of the precursor were that added Al( NO3)3solution at one-time into NH4HCO3solution,the optimum ratio of water to anhydrous ethanol was 1∶ 1,the best dispersion surface active agent was PEG6000. The best fired temperature of precursor was 1 135 ℃ and the time is 2 h.
