摘 要:采用单因素法筛选合适的树脂,依据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,设计上样量、上柱流速、上样浓度的3因素3水平响应面优化实验,得到回归方程。结果表明,金银花多糖脱色最优工艺参数为:上样量1.4 BV,上样流速1.5 BV/h,上样浓度3 mg/mL,在该工艺条件下,金银花多糖脱色率为91.04%,多糖保留率为81.29%,脱蛋白率为83.83%。Screening of suitable resin by single factor analysis method,based on central composite experimental design principle of Box-Benhnken,response surface analysis for optimization design of three factors on the column flow rate,sample volume,sample concentration level of three,the regression equation was obtained. The result showed that the modified Lonicera japonica polysaccharide decolorization optimal process parameters were as follows: the sample amount is 1. 4 BV,elution flow rate is 1. 5 BV /h,the concentration of the sample is 3 mg /mL,Lonicera japonica polysaccharide decolorization rate is 91. 04%,polysaccharide retention rate is 81. 29%,protein removal rate is 83. 83%.
