不同扦插基质对金边虎尾兰叶片生根的影响

摘　　要：将蛭石、珍珠岩与河沙按不同比例混合,研究了9种扦插基质对金边虎尾兰叶片扦插生根时间、生根率、生根数及生根长度的影响。结果表明：各扦插基质间,金边虎尾兰叶片扦插生根率差异不明显;T3、T4、T6、T7、T9处理生根时间为36.0～37.0d;T3、T4、T5、T6、T7、T9处理间每穗生根数、生根长度差异不明显,但均明显高于其他处理。因此,从生根时间、生根率、生根数及生根长度等综合指标考虑,T3（珍珠岩）、T4（V河沙∶V蛭石=75∶25）、T6（V河沙∶V蛭石=50∶50）、T7（V河沙∶V珍珠岩=50∶50）、T9（V河沙∶V珍珠岩=25∶75）处理是金边虎尾兰叶片扦插良好的基质。A research on the effect of 9different cottage matrixes from the mixture of vermiculite,perlite and sand in different ratios on the rooting time,rooting rate,rooting number,rooting length of Sansevieria trifasciata var.laurentii＇leaves was conducted.The results showed that root rate of S.trifasciatavar.laurentii,leaves was not different in 9different cottage matrixes.Rooting time of T3,T4,T6,T7and T9 was 36.0～37.0d.The rooting number and rooting length of T3,T4,T5,T6,T7and T9 were not different,but better than the other matrixes.Considering the rooting time,rooting rate,rooting number and rooting length,the treatments with T3（perlite）,T4（Vsand∶Vvermiculite=75∶25）,T6（Vsand∶Vvermiculite=50∶50）,T7（Vsand∶Vperlite=50∶50）,and T9（Vsand∶Vperlite=25∶75）were the better cottage matrixes for S.trifasciatavar.laurentii.
