摘 要:马鞭山铁矿风井巷道掘进中,工作面强突水,突水量800m3/h左右,造成淹井后,采用先排后堵的方案治理,无法达到排水目标。后经专家论证,决定采用先堵后排的方案治理。施工时,从地面向井下巷道施工2个钻孔,分别用于构筑挡水墙和注浆充填封堵。施工后,所形成的挡水墙耐压较好,浆液对导水通道充填封堵较好,达到了预期效果。2013年6月,矿上顺利将矿井水排掉,矿井顺利恢复生产。During a mine roadway heading in a Mine Ventilation Shaft of Mabianshan Iron Mine ,a mine strong water inrush was occurred in the heading face with a water inrush volume about 800m3/h.Thus the mine was flooded ,a control plan of a first water drainage and then water sealing was applied and the water drainage target was hard to be reached.After the expert argumentation conducted ,a control plan of a first water sealing and then water drainage was determined and applied.During the construc-tion ,two boreholes were drilled from the surface ground to the mine roadway in the underground mine and were applied individually to build a water retaining wall and to make the grouting ,backfill and sealing operations.After the construction ,the water retaining wall formed could have good pressure resistances ,the grout could have good backfill and sealing to the water flow channel with the predicted effect.In June ,2013 ,the inrush water in the mine was successfully drained off and the mine was suc-cessfully restored in production.
