摘 要:天成煤矿回风斜井溶洞塌方段施工中,先注浆充填加固塌方区,形成人工假顶。接着以超前注浆管棚+11号矿用工字钢支架+局部锚杆+双层钢筋网+喷射混凝土作初期支护,先拱后墙;钢筋混凝土碹作二次支护,分段施工,安全顺利地通过了塌方段。实践证明,注浆充填加固、超前管棚支护,是处理溶洞大塌方的一种比较安全可靠的施工技术。In a construction of a roof falling section in a karst caving of the Mine Air Returning Shaft of Tiancheng Mine ,a grouting operation was firstly applied to backfill and reinforce the falling area in or-der to form an artificial roof.Following the grouting operation ,the advance grouting pipe shed+No.11 mine H type steel support +local bolts+double steel meshes +shotcreting were applied as the initial support of the mine inclined shaft for the arch roof and the sidewalls.A reinforced concrete was lined as the secondary support of the mine inclined shaft.With the sectional construction ,the mine inclined shaft was safety and successfully passed through the falling section.The practices showed that the grouting backfill and reinforcement and the advance pipe shed support could be a quite safety and reli-able construction technology to treat the large falling area of the karst cave .
