摘　　要：论文介绍了建立航母编队信息作战能力评估指标体系的要求及依据,根据建立指标体系的一般流程,结合现代航母编队信息作战能力的组成和特点,建立了航母编队信息作战能力的三级指标体系,最后给出了航母编队信息作战能力基本的度量模型。This paper introduces the requirements and basis of establishing index system of information warfare ability evaluation of aircraft carrier formation.Based on the general process of establishing index system,the three-level index system of information warfare ability evaluation of aircraft carrier formation are established,combining with the composition and features of information warfare ability evaluation of modern aircraft carrier formation.Finally,the basic measurement model of information warfare ability evaluation of aircraft carrier formation is established.
