摘　　要：航空电子产品的可靠性仿真试验是提高产品可靠性的保证,通过信息收集、数字样机建模、模型修正与验证、应力分析、故障预计及可靠性仿真评估,说明了可靠性仿真试验是提高可靠性设计的有效途径。Reliability simulation test of the aerospace electronic products is guaranteed to improve product reliability.Through collection of information,digital prototype modeling,model updating and verification,analysis of the stress,the expected fault simulation and evaluation of reliability,effective way of reliability simulation test which is to improve reliability design is explained.
