数据挖掘技术在企业管理层考评中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前很多企业管理层尚未形成一套科学有效的考核机制的问题,建立了管理层人员考核模型,该模型采用定量考核的方式,分析了模型中的主要考评指标,细化了考核指标。针对传统人员考评模式下对考核结果数据利用率不高,考评结果受主观影响较大的问题,提出采用数据挖掘算法对考评结果数据进行分析的解决方案,采用聚类算法和决策树算法相结合的方式,提高了企业管理层考评结果数据的利用率。At present,many corporate management issues have not yet formed a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism.A management staff assessment model is established,which uses a quantitative assessment methods.The main evaluation indicators of the model are analyzed,assessment indicators are redefined.Aiming at the shortcoming in the traditional evaluation model that the results of the data utilization is not enough,the evaluation results are affected by subject,the solutions of using data mining algorithms for the evaluation data analysis are put forward,using clustering algorithms and decision tree algorithm ways to improve the efficiency of corporate management evaluation results data.
