摘  要:以美花红千层茎段为外植体,进行腋芽诱导以及增殖、生根、炼苗移栽试验,以建立高效的美花红千层离体快繁体系。结果表明:以美花红千层单芽茎段在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L培养基上萌芽效果最好,芽诱导率为87%;试管苗在改良MS(NH4NO3减半)+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L培养基上继代效果最好;试管苗在1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L培养基上生根效果最好,生根率为99.3%;试管苗经炼苗,移栽至珍珠岩和腐质土3∶1混合基质中成活率最高,为95%。In this paper experiments were carried out on axillary bud induction, multiplication, rooting, acclimation and transplantation using Callistemon citrinus stem segments as explants in order to establish a rapid in-vitro propagation system of Callistemon citrinus. The results showed that the Callistemon citrinus stem segments had the best sprouting effects in the medium of MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+ sucrose 30g/L and the induced sprouting rate was 87%. The tube plantlets had the best subculture multiplicationeffects in the modified medium of MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+sucrose30g/L and the best rooting effects in the medium of 1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L with the rooting rate of 99.3%. The survival rate of the tube plantlets transplanted to the mixed matrix with 3 perlite and 1 humus after acclimation was the highest and the survival rate was 95%.
