摘 要:目的探讨常用无机盐对活化部分凝血酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和凝血酶时间(TT)的影响。方法以不同浓度的NaCl、KCl、NaHCO3、NaH2PO4为样品测定aPTT、PT和TT。结果四种无机盐能够明显延长aPTT、PT、TT时间,呈现出体外抗凝作用,作用强度与浓度呈正相关。四种盐抗凝能力强弱如下:NaH2PO4>NaHCO3>NaCl>KCl。结论无机盐会参与到凝血过程,对aPTT、PT和TT产生影响,如果样品中含有无机盐,应考虑到其影响。Objective To investigate the effect of commonly used inorganic salts on the determination of activated partial thromboplastin time( aPTT),prothrombin time( PT) and thrombin time( TT). Methods Different concentrations of NaCl,KCl,NaHCO3,NaH2PO4were used as samples to measure aPTT,PT and TT.Results Four kinds of inorganic salt can obviously prolong the time of aPTT,PT and TT,showing significant anticoagulant effects in vitro. The anticoagulant effect was positively correlated with the concentration and the anticoagulation ability of four tested inorganic salts was as follows: NaH2PO4〉 NaHCO3〉 NaCl〉 KCl. Conclusion The inorganic salts participated in the coagulation process and affected aPTT,PT and TT,which should be taken into consideration if the samples contain inorganic salt.
