摘  要:研究了胡杨两种叶形叶片的类胡萝卜素含量与高光谱反射率的相关性。2009年5月~9月在塔里木河上游逐月测定了生长季节期胡杨条形叶和卵形叶393~1 095 nm波长范围内高光谱反射率以及类胡萝卜素含量(单位:mg/g Fw和mg/g Dw)和密度(mg/m2叶面积),并进行了相关分析。结果表明,胡杨条形叶类胡萝卜素含量在0.34~0.37 mg/g Fw,0.66~0.77 mg/g Dw,和78.13~105.25 mg.m-2之间,卵形叶含量在0.24~0.39 mg/g Fw,0.52~0.73 mg/g Dw,和70.17~102.93 mg.m-2之间,且随季节而变化。不同月份,条形叶和卵形叶的类胡萝卜素含量、密度与不同波长高光谱反射率的相关性之间既有正相关也有负相关。其中,卵形叶类胡萝卜素含量(鲜基)与高光谱反射率在9月份时757 nm处的负相关性最强(相关系数为-0.582);条形叶类胡萝卜素密度与高光谱反射率在6月份时862 nm处的负相关性最强(相关系数为-0.430)。胡杨叶片类胡萝卜素与光谱反射率之间的相关性极为复杂,相关系数值受到季节、叶形、类胡萝卜素含量的表示单位和光谱波长的影响。The relationships between hyperspectral reflectance and the carotenoids contents of two types of leaves Populus euphratica grown on the upstream of Tarim River were investigated. During May to September of 2009,the hyperspectral reflectance( 393-1 095nm) and carotenoids contents( mg /g Fw,mg /g Dw) and density( mg /m2leaf area) of strip and oval leaves of Populus euphratica were measured for each month. The results indicated that the contents of carotenoids of strip leaves were 0. 34 ~ 0. 37 mg /g Fw,0. 66~ 0. 77 mg /g Dw,and 78. 13 ~ 105. 25 mg. m-2,and the contents of carotenoids of oval leaves were 0. 24 ~0. 39 mg/g Fw,0. 52~ 0. 73 mg /g Dw,and 70. 17 ~ 102. 93 mg. m-2. The contents of carotenoids of leaves were changed with the growth season. There were significant differences between correlations of the two types of leaves and the growth season of Populous euphratica. The wavelength of spectral and growth season of leaves had significant effects on the correlation coefficients between carotenoids and hyperspectral reflectance. A negative correlation existed between carotenoids contents( and density) and the reflectance at 393-1095 nm for the oval leaves,the most robust correlation was found in September( r =-0. 582 with wavelength of 757 nm). A similar negative correlation was also found for strip leaves,however,the most robust correlation was found for the results of June( r =-0. 430 with wavelength of 862 nm). These results suggest that the correlation between the hperstpectral reflectance and the carotenoids contents( and density) of Populus euphratica is complicated and affected by the leafmorphology,growth season and the wavelength of reflectance.
