摘　　要：运用两轮德尔菲法修订指标体系,完善基本药物招标采购企业评价指标体系并进行赋权,采用层次分析法求解权重。确定以4个一级指标,17个二级指标构成的评价模型,为基本药物集中招标采购的评标工作提供切实可行的依据。Using two rounds of Delphi method to revise the index system, improve and put weight the basic drug bidding procurement enterprise evaluation index system, and use AHP method to solve the weight. Determine evaluation model for 4 first-level indicators, 17 two-level indicators and weight each index of target layer.
