摘　　要：目的：探讨闭合手法整复微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效情况。方法选取2012年1月～2013年10月期间收治的胫骨中下段骨折患者64例作为研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。其中观察组给予闭合手法整复微创钢板内固定方法治疗，对照组给予切开复位钢板内固定治疗，比较两种方法的临床疗效情况。结果两组患者在手术时间上差异无统计学意义，观察组在手术出血量及住院时间少于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组在疗效优良率上高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论闭合手法整复微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折具有出血少、住院时间短、疗效优的特点，值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Close manipulative reduction and minimally invasive percutancous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO） for the treatment of tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment. Methods 64 patients with tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment were chosen in the hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 , and divided into two groups. One was control group, and the other was observation group. 32 patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and plate fixation .And the observation group were treated with close manipulative reduction and minimally invasive percutancous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO）.Then compared the clinical efficacy of two methods. Results There was no significant difference in operation time of two groups . The operation bleeding and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Close manipulative reduction and minimally invasive percutancous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO）for the treatment of tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment was better for the patients with less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time and better efficacy, which was worthy of popularization.
