摘　　要：随着科技的不断进步,内镜技术被广泛应用于疾病诊疗,在临床甲状腺疾病治疗中内镜技术也发挥着越来越重要的作用,出现了腔镜下甲状腺切除术。随着腔镜技术的逐步成熟,在科学技术支撑下出现了针式内镜甲状腺切除术。本文将就该术式的径路、操作方法等方面的发展现状作一综述。With the development of scientific technology, endoscopic techniques has been applied more and more in medical care, including clinical thyroid disease treatment. With the maturity of endoscopic technique, pin type endoscopic thyroidectomy emerged. In this thesis, we will discuss the pathways and operational approaches of pin type endoscopic thyroidectomy.
