摘　　要：克罗恩病是一种肠管慢性炎症,可累及整个消化道,常见病变部位在末端回肠和右半结肠。约三分之一的克罗恩病患者在病程中出现肠狭窄及肠梗阻。本文综述了手术、内镜球囊扩张和肠道内支架术及腹腔镜技术在处理克罗恩病肠狭窄与梗阻中的进展。Crohn＇s disease（CD） is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that can affect the entire digestive tract. The most common lesion of CD is terminal ileum and right hemicolon. The intestinal stricture that occurs in the course of about one third of the patients with CD often leads to intestinal obstruction. This article reviews the development of surgery, endoscopic balloon dilation and intestinal stent insertion, and laparoscopy in the treatment for the intestinal stricture and obstruction of CD.
