摘　　要：运用系统工程原理 ,提出了施工方案评价的基本原则和指标体系 ,并采用多目标决策理论建立了评价模型 。This paper discusses the basic principles and index system of construction projects evaluation by using systematic engineering method. The evaluation model is also developed by using Multi object Decision making theory to normally evaluate construction projects.
