摘　　要：针对当前LTE网络部署面临的挑战,详细分析小灵通站点资源在LTE网络建设中的利用场景和升级改造方式,并对改造难点提出快速改造升级的解决方案,最后对投资效益进行分析和比较。结论:合理利用小灵通基站为LTE网络建设服务,可降低LTE网络建设成本和LTE基站建设风险,加快LTE网络部署,提高现有网络资产的资源利用率。For LTE network deployment challenges, this article gives a detailed analysis of the PHS base stations in the LTE network construction in the use of scenarios and upgrading way, and proposes a solution of fast upgrading for transformation difficulties, finally analyzes and compares the investment returns. Conclusion ： PHS base stations through the rational use of the LTE network construction services can reduce the LTE network construction costs and construction risks, accelerate LTE network deployment, and improve resource utilization of existing network assets.
