摘  要:电机的电磁噪声主要由电磁力作用引起电机机械的振动导致。极数多、转速低的电机,电磁噪声往往会显得很突出。从理论分析槽配合对电磁力波的影响,并结合模态分析了电机电磁噪声问题,并根据不同的槽配合制造不同的转子验证理论的正确性。试验证明了槽配合对电机电磁噪声有很重要的影响,改变槽配合对处理电磁噪声是有效方法。Electromagnetic noise of motor is mainly caused by the vibration of the motor mechanical structure effected by the electromagnetic power.Electromagnetic noise often stands out in the motor of large pole numbers and low speed.The influence of slot coordination to the electromagnetic wave was analyzed theoretically,and the motor electromagnetic noise problem was analyzed combining the modal.The theory is proved to be correct according to the different manufacturing rotor different slot coordination.Experiment proves that the slot cooperates have important influence on motor electromagnetic noise,and changeing slot coordination is a very effective method of dealing with electromagnetic noise.
