3M透明敷贴能有效防止胸腔闭式引流管脱出及拔管后伤口渗液

摘　　要：目的 了解3M透明敷贴在胸腔闭式引流导管固定及预防拔管后伤口渗液中的作用.方法 收集我科胸腔积液需行胸腔闭式引流术患者,用随机数字法将其分成3M透明敷贴组与普通敷贴组,对比两组导管脱出、敷贴松动、局部皮肤皮疹、拔管后伤口渗液情况.结果 共有168例患者入选,其中3M透明敷贴组85例,普通敷贴组83例,两组患者在性别、年龄、胸腔积液性质及置管天数方面差异无统计学意义（P值均＞0.05）;同时两组局部皮疹及敷贴松动发生率也无明显差别（x^2值分别为1.353、1.985,P值分别为0.245、0.159）;而普通敷贴组的导管脱出及拔管后伤口渗液发生率明显高于3M透明敷贴组（22.2％ vs 9.4％,x^2=5.153,P=0.023;26.5％ vs 4.7％,x^2=15.257,P=0.000）.结论 3M透明敷贴能有效防止胸腔闭式引流管脱出及拔管后伤口渗液现象,值得在临床推广应用.Objective To evaluate the efficiency of 3M transparent dressing on preventing the drop of closed thoracic catheter from pleural cavity and wound exudate.Methods Pleural effusion patients who underwent closed thoracic drainage were divided to 3M transparent dressing group and paper tape dressing group randomly.The frequencies of catheter drop,loose dressing,skin rash and wound exudate were observed.Results A total of 168 patients were enrolled,85 in 3M transparent dressing group and 83 in paper tape dressing group.There were no differences in sex,age,characteristic of pleural effusion,and catheter days between two groups （all P ＞0.05） ;skin rash and loose dressing were also similar between groups.However,the incidences of catheter drop and wound exudate were significantly higher among paper tape dressing group than 3M transparent dressing group （22.2％ vs 9.4％,26.5％ vs 4.7％,all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions 3M transparent dressing can prevent catheter drop and wound exudate among pleural effusion patients undertaking closed thoracic drainage.
