摘　　要：可弯曲超细支气管镜（简称超细支气管镜）由于其外径小、能够深入到远端较细小的支气管管腔内,对位于外周小支气管的病变的诊治具有十分重要的作用.该项操作技术的应用在临床和科研上都具有十分重要的意义.本文就超细支气管镜在呼吸系统疾病的诊断和治疗方面的应用作一综述。Flexible ultra-thin bronchofiberscope plays a vital role in diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung disease.The application of this technology is of great significance in both clinical practice and research as its small diameter and deep into distal bronchi.This paper reviews the application of ultrathin bronchofiberscope in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disease.
