摘  要:采用多种色谱手段,从了哥王根茎中共分离得到17个酚类化合物;通过理化常数和NMR、MS等光谱数据分别鉴定为:荛花酚(1)、罗汉松脂素(2)、丁香脂素(3)、松脂酚(4)、异落叶松脂素(5)、刺五加酮(6)、异鼠李素-3-O-刺槐双糖苷(7)、wikstaiwanone A(8)、wikstaiwanone B(9)、山奈酚(10)、芦丁(11)、西瑞香素(12)、triumbelletin(13)、赤杨二醇(14)、芦荟大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(15)、绿原酸(16)、对羟基苯甲酸(17),其中化合物3~9、13~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。体外抗肿瘤活性筛选实验表明,化合物1~4,6~9对人结肠癌SW480和SW620细胞均表现出不同程度的增殖抑制作用,其中化合物6对两种细胞的作用最为显著。Seventeen phenolic constituents were isolated from the rhizome of Wikstrocmia indica using a combination of various chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated and identified as wikstmmol (1), matairesinol (2) , syringareainol (3),pinoresino] (4),isolariciresinol (5),ciwujiatone (6),isorhanmetin-3-O-rohinohioside (7),wikstai- wanone A (8) , wikstaiwanone B (9), kacmpfeml ( 10 ), rutin ( 11 ) , daphnoretin ( 12 ), triumbelletin ( 13 ), alnusdiol (14), aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside (15) , chlorogenic acid (16) and p-hydmxyhenzoic acid ( 17 ) by physicochemical properties and spectral data including NMR and MS. Compounds 3-9 and 13-16 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The anti-tumor tests showed compounds 1-4,6-9 exhibited different activities against colon cancer cell lines SW480 and SW620,in which compound 6 showed most significant activities against the two oell lines.
