摘　　要：本文从一般意义上的信息传递过程和信息处理过程两个方面来研究信息质量形成过程中的关键影响因素及影响关系。研究结果显示,信息传递过程中的信息栈是影响信息内容质量的关键要素,信息处理过程中的信息源、信息过滤与深加工和信息检索过程是影响信息内容质量的关键要素。这一研究可为信息质量管理与控制提供依据。This article studies the key influencing factors and influencing relationship in the forming process of information quality, from two aspects of information transfer process and information treatment process. The result shows that information channel is the key influencing factor of information content quality in the information transfer process, and there are three key influencing factors of information quality in the information treatment process, they are information source, information filtering and deep processing and information retrieval process. This study can be useful that provide the basis for information quality management and control.
