国内数字图书馆用户交互体验比较实验与分析

摘　　要：在文献调查的基础上设计数字图书馆用户交互体验评价指标;采用实验研究和比较研究比较CNKI、维普、万方数字图书馆用户交互体验评价的满意度;研究发现在总体评价、系统交互以及信息内容交互方面的体验评价CNKI排名第1;在系统响应快捷性、系统用户隐私保护、图文色彩协调性等5个指标的用户体验评价维普排名第1(含并列);在系统响应快捷性和系统界面友好性等3个指标的用户体验评价万方排名第1(含并列)。本研究的结论可以为数字图书馆用户交互设计与服务的改进提供参考。Firstly, the paper designs the user interactive experience evaluation factors of digital library by literatures survey. Then it compares the satisfaction of user interactive experience evaluation of CNKI, VIP, and WanFang Digital Library by the method of comparison study and experimental research. Lastly, some conclusions have been discovered as follows. The user experience evaluation of CNKI ranks 1st in the overall, the system interaction, and the information content interaction. The user experience evaluation of VIP ranks 1st （including juxtaposition） in the five factors of system quick response, system user privacy protection, graphic color coordination, etc. The user experience evaluation of WanFang ranks 1st （including juxtaposition） in the three factors of system quick response, system interface friendliness, and so on. Conclusions of this study can provide a reference for improving user interaction design and services of digital libraries.
