图书馆数字资源集团采购协同平台的设计及实现

摘　　要：传统的图书馆数字资源集团采购方式存在手工任务繁重、沟通难、文档交接易于丢失等问题,而集团协同在线采购方式则是解决上述难题的有效途径。通过对数字资源协同采购平台架构的详细设计和三种不同采购工作流的详细分析构建新型的图书馆数字资源协同采购平台。该协同采购平台实现图书馆数字资源协同在线采购,规范集团数字资源采购的工作流程,提高数字资源采购效率,并降低采购成本。There are several barriers such as the enormous manual task, difficulty in communication among the group members and heavy documents managements in the traditional library e-resources procurement. The group joint procurement can solve these problems. A framework of library e-resources procurement system is designed, the three different purchasing workflows are dicussed, and the prototype platform system is implemented. The platform can help the online collaborative purchasing, regulate the purchasing workflow, increase the purchasing efficiency and reduce the cost.
