摘　　要：井下工作面圆环链主要是采用手工锯断或在加强通风条件下利用火焰割断。不仅效率低、工人劳动强度大、安全条件差 ,且增加了通风费用。XJL— 30型矿用圆环链剪断器采用了两边纯剪方式 ,一次剪切 ,就可以将圆环链剪开一个宽 32mm的缺口 ,使它与相邻圆环链脱开 ,操作安全、效率高、刀具使用寿命长。介绍了XJL— 30型矿用圆环链剪断器的结构及刀具的设计特点 。At present,circle chain sawed adopts handwork and cutoff by flame under augmenting ventilation in coal workface of our country.Efficiency is low with circle chain sawed by handwork,labour intensity of worker is heavy,safety condition ins′t good with cut-off by flame,increasing cost of ventilation.XJL-30 mining circle chain scissors adopts cutting of twoside,cutting once can cut a gap of 32mm width,make it separate with near circle chain,operation is safety,efficiency is high,service life of cutrer is long.This paper introduces structure of XJL-30 mining circle chain scissors and designed feature of cutting tool proofreacls strength of key parts.
