摘　　要：目的探讨经前平颗粒干预对PMS肝气逆证猕猴模型血清激素水平的影响。方法观察造模给药后猕猴表情行为变化并检测猕猴体内激素水平变化。结果予经前平颗粒干预后模型猕猴表情行为及激素变化基本恢复到正常水平,符合临床变化情况。结论经前平颗粒可明显改善PMS肝气逆证猕猴模型表情行为异常及体内激素水平波动,这从侧面证明所制备模型是可靠的。Objective To explore the effects on the PMS liver-qi invasion macaque modelshormone level in serum after administration with jingqianping granule.Methods Observing the changes of macaque modelsexpression and behavior and detecting hormone changes in serum by means of radioimmunoassay.Result After administration with jingqianping granule,the macaque models＇ expression and behavior,hormone changes are basically recovered to the normal level,which conforms to the clinical changes.Conclusion Jingqianping granule can improve the expression and behavior disorder and the hormone abnormal fluctuation of PMS liver-qi invasion macaque models,thus proves that we have prepared the macaque model successfully in another aspect.
