HPLC法测定人参益心丸中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法建立人参益心丸的质量标准。方法用HPLC法对人参益心丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量进行测定。结果其中丹参酮ⅡA的含量在0.0160～0.3206μg的范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.23%,RSD为1.26%。结论建立了人参益心丸的质量标准,该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,用于人参益心丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a standard for determination of tanshinoneⅡAin RenShenYinXin Pills.Methods TanshinoneⅡAin RenShenYinXin Pills by HPLC.Result The linear range of tanshinoneⅡAwas 0.0160～0.3206μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery of tanshinoneⅡAwas99.23%and RSD was1.26%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine tanshinoneⅡA in RenShenYinXin Pills and quality control of RenShenYinXin Pills.
