健脾化痰法治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压30例

摘　　要：目的观察健脾化痰法对痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者的临床疗效以及对血脂的影响。方法将50例痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,治疗组给予半夏白术天麻汤加减配合尼群地平片;对照组给予尼群地平片,疗程4周。观察治疗前后血压、血脂的变化情况。结果临床观察表明,治疗组不仅有降压作用(P<0.05),而且有降低血脂的作用,且临床上无副作用。结论治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者,半夏白术天麻汤加减配合尼群地平片较单用尼群地平片有更好的降压疗效,健脾化痰法不仅具有降压作用,而且具有调脂作用,安全性好。Objective To investigate the Jianpi Huatan method of hypertension in patients with clinical efficacy of phlegm dampness type and its effect on serum lipid. Methods50 patients of phlegm dampness type hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group of 20 cases, The treatment group was given banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with Nitrendipine Tablets, The control group was given Nitrend/pine Tablets, The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Changes in blood pressure, blood lipids were observed before and after treatment. Results Clinical observation shows that, The treatment group not only has antihypertensive effect （ P 〈0. 05）, But the effect of lowering blood lipids, And no clinical side effects. Conclusions To Treat the phlegm dampness type patients, Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with Nitrendipine Tablets antihypertensive effect was better than single use of Nitrendipine Tablets, Not only has the hypotensive effect of Jianpi Hua- tan method, But with lipid regulating function, Good safety.
