摘　　要：目的探讨养阴填髓法对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞恢复的促进作用。方法前瞻性地选取恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症患者110例随机分为2组,观察组给予鲨甘醇及中药口服治疗,对照组仅予鲨甘醇治疗。结果观察组白细胞恢复时间较对照组明显缩短。结论养阴填髓法对化疗后白细胞恢复有促进作用。Objectivee To investigate the Yang Vin Tian Sui Fa on leukocyte recovery after malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods We prospectively selected 110 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of leucopenia after chemotherapy, the observation group was given the shark glycol and oral Chinese medicine treatment, the control group only received shark glycol treatment. Results In the observation group, white blood cell recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion The Yang Yin Tian Sui Fa has a promoting effect on white blood cell recovery after chemotherapy.
