摘  要:目的了解干旱沙漠环境下军人职业倦怠程度与神经内分泌指标的关系。方法采用职业倦怠问卷(CMBI)对入伍一年以上的新疆干旱沙漠地区300名军人和新疆某市区600名军人进行问卷调查,两组各抽取100名军人进行分别去甲肾上腺素、5羟色胺、热应激蛋白、血清皮质醇和促肾上腺皮质激素含量测定。结果 (1)干旱沙漠环境下军人的职业倦怠程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)干旱沙漠环境军人热应激蛋白HSP-70、血清皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)相关性分析显示,职业倦怠与热应激蛋白HSP-70呈负相关(r=-0.078)。结论干旱沙漠环境下军人职业倦怠程度较高,特殊的工作环境会引起军人神经内分泌指标的变化。Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and n changes of neuroendocrine indexes of soldiers arid desert environment. Methods 300 soldiers in desert area and 600 soldiers in the urban who joined the army more than 1 year were recruited to the study by the questionnaire of CMBI. Meanwhile 200 soldiers were measured the levels of norepinephrine, 5-HT,heat stress proteins, COR and ACTH in serum. Results(1) The degree of job burnout of soldiers in arid desert environment was higher than those in the control group, and difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);(2) The levels of heat stress protein HSP-70, COR and ACTH of soldiers in arid desert environment were higher than those in the control group, and difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);(3) Related analysis showed that job burnout was negatively correlated with HSP-70(r=-0.078).Conclusion The results suggest that the level of job burnout is higher in soldiers in arid desert environment, the neuroendocrine indexes are changed by job burnout in soldiers under special environment.
