感染旋毛虫实验大鼠血清抗体三种检测方法的研究

摘  要:目的探索三种血清学方法对感染旋毛虫实验大鼠抗体检测的效果。方法采用斑点ELISA法(Dot-ELISA)、免疫酶染色试验(IEST)和幼虫玻片沉淀试验(CPT)检测旋毛虫病大鼠血清IgG抗体。结果三种血清学方法的阳性检出率分别为97.8%、97.7%和95.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时采用此三种血清学方法检测正常大鼠、斯氏狸殖吸虫病大鼠、血吸虫病兔和蛔虫病人,结果发现斑点ELISA法检出1例蛔虫病人阳性,而另外的实验动物和病人血清未见阳性反应。结论斑点ELISA法、免疫酶染色试验和幼虫玻片沉淀试验对旋毛虫病特异性IgG抗体的检测都具有较好的敏感性和特异性。Objective To investigate the serum antibody in rats infected with trichinella spiralis. Methods Trichinella spiralis antibodies in sera of infected rats were detected by Dot-ELISA, immunoenzymatic staining technique(IEST) and circumlarval precipitin test(CPT). Results The positive detection rate of Dot-ELISA, IEST and CPT was 97.8%, 97.7% and 95.7% respectively P〈0.05); Detecting the healthy rats, rats with paragonimiasis, rabbits with schistosomiasis, and patients with ascariasis by the three serological methods, only one sample was positive with Dot-ELISA in the patients with ascariasis, and the sera samples were all negative. Conclusion The results show that these three methods have good sensitivity and specificity in detection of trichinella spiralis antibodies.
