摘　　要：针对我国矿业体制不顺的现状 ,提出了建立矿产资源勘查管理新体制、矿业权管理新体制和矿产资源管理新体制 ,以适应社会主义市场经济的需要 ,从而保障矿业和国民经济的可持续发展。Based on the fact that the current mining industry system is unsuitable in our country, the new systems in the management for the prospection of mineral resources, and in the management of mining rights and of mineral resources should be set up to meet the needs of socialistic market economy and to ensure sustainable development of the national economy.
