上海资源配置型国际航运中心竞争力影响因素研究与提升路径设计

摘　　要：资源配置型国际航运中心竞争力是指该航运中心对航运资源在全球配置的效率和能力,其影响因素模型由航运生产要素状况、高端航运服务业及相关机构、航运市场发展水平和航运介入辅助因素这四个维度的因素构建而成。有必要从提高航运货物资源配置能力、航运服务资源配置能级、全球运力及相关资源配置力、航运政策资源配置效率等方面考虑提升上海资源配置型国际航运中心竞争力的路径设计。Resource allocation type international shipping center competitive means that efficiency and capacity of the shipping center in the global maritime resources, the main factors of which include shipping production elements, high-end services and related organizations, shipping market development allocation, shipping service resource allocation, global transport capacity and related resource a/location and shipping policy resources allocation.
