摘  要:从明治维新至法西斯政权建立,日本一直在向欧美学习,作为殖民机构的满铁也不例外。1933年,满铁决定研发从长春到大连的快速列车,项目的总设计师市原善积赴欧美考察。他访问了美英等国,积累了很多技术资料,但对欧美文化却再也没有明治初期日本人那种新奇感。以市原善积为代表的满铁技师,在心理上漠视英法美、亲近德意,响应着欧洲歧视犹太人的逆流。作为考察的成果,亚细亚号在1934年正式通车,但是,技术的进步掩盖不了满铁工作人员的法西斯主义国际观和殖民意识。From Meiji Restoration to the establishment of a fascist regime, Japan had been learning from Europe and America, and Manchurian Railway, a colonial institution, was no exception. In 1933, Manchuria Railway decided to research the fast trains from Changchun to Dalian, and the chief architect of the project Ichihara Yositumi went to Europe for study. He visited the United States, Britain and other major countries, and accumulated a lot of technical information. Ichihara Yositumi, as the representative of the Manchurian Railway technicians, psychologically disregarded Britain, France and the United States, but favored Germany and Italy, in response to the European discrimination against Jews reflux. As the result of the inspection, Asian Train officially opened in 1934, but advances in technology could not cover the international outlook and colonial fascist awareness of the Manchurian Railway staff.
