摘 要:对于化工行业,由于高温烟气在流经换热设备时,温度不断下降,当达到某个温度时,气体中的酸性物质就会液化造成露点腐蚀。这种露点腐蚀会严重影响换热器的使用寿命。借鉴目前国外换热器领域的最新技术,针对化工行业中存在的露点腐蚀技术难题,在流道内增设了空气幕隔板,以在换热板边界层形成空气气墙的方式,达到提高换热板温度的作用,有效地防止露点腐蚀。通过对实际结构进行合理简化的基础上,在影响板式散热器腐蚀的主要部位建立了板式换热器温度场数值计算模型,利用CFD软件fluent对采用空气幕技术的板式换热器壁面温度进行数值模拟,得到了换热器流道的速度场、温度场数据,对比了传统的板式换热器与采用空气幕技术的板式散热器叉流单元与逆流单元的换热效果,研究结果表明空气幕技术可以有效地降低换热器入口处换热板的换热效率,提高换热板的板面温度,显著改善板式换热器的防腐性能。For the industry of chemical engineering,due to the falling of temperature when high temperature flue gas flows through the heat exchange equipment,gas liquefaction of acidic materials will occur at certain temperature,thus causing acid dew point corrosion.This kind of dew point corrosion wig seriously affect the service life of heat exchanger.In this paper,in order to solve the technical problem of dew point corrosion existing in the work of the chemical industry,we refer to the foreign up-to-date technology in the field of heat exchanger and add air curtain barrier in the flow passage,which can form gas wall air way on the heat exchange plate bounday.T.In this way,the temperature of heat exchange plate is raised,which avoids dew point corrosion effectively.On the basis of the reasonable simplification of actual structure,a temperature field numerical calculation model of a plate-type heat exchanger is established on the main part influencing the corrosion of heat exchanger.The wall temperature of the plate-type heat exchanger adopting air curtain technology is simulated using CFD software Fluent.The velocity field data and temperature field data in the flow channel are obtained.The cross flow unit and flow unit heat exchanging effect of traditional plate heat exchanger and adopt the technology of air curtain plate heat exchanger were compared.The results show that air curtain technology can effectively reduce the thermal efficiency of heat exchange board at the entrance of the heat exchanger,increase the surface temperature of the heat exchanger plate,and thus significantly improve the anti-corrosion performance of plate-type heat exchanger.
