摘　　要：针对喷雾干燥塔塔顶热风箱内风量分布不均的问题,设计了导风板装置,并与传统热风箱比较。通过调试,结果表明:安装了导风板装置后,风量在热风箱内均匀分布,热风能够均匀地进入热风箱中的主风筒内,塔内物料干燥速度一致。The guide wind panel was designed to solve the problem of the even non-uniform distribution of air flux in the hot bellows, and compared with the traditional hot bellows.After debuggingthe results showed that the air flux distributed evenly in the hot bellows, hot air can enter the mian air duct evenly and drying speed of droplets was even in the spray dtying tower.
