摘　　要：以塔里木油田塔北勘探开发项目经理部试油完井生产为基础,结合油田信息化成果运用及系统集成,实现生产管理的信息化,推动了试油管理水平提升,对试油完井综合业务的优化提供了决策支持。The integrated management system for production of oi well completion is based on operation in northern Tarim oilfield exploration and development project,combined with the oilfield information results and system integration,the information of production management is realized to promote management level of the north Tarim oil exploration and development project,provide decision support for optimization of integrated service of oil well completion. By analysis of its design concept and the application process,the system development is discussed.
