摘  要:将井下单相高压物性(PV T )取样器预先安装在取样器托筒上,利用钻杆输送方式解决了钢丝无法把取样器送达井下预定深度的问题。通过操作环空压力击穿破裂盘,激活取样器压力触发机构,在开井流动期间可以随时取样。该技术一次性获取多个井下地层流体样,也可以在不同的流动阶段,单独每一个或者多个、分批次地进行井下地层流体取样。在钢丝输送取样器无法实现或不安全的情况下,可获取多达10个高品质井下地层流体样,且节省8~24 h的钻机时间,既安全又高效。The single-phase high pressure down-hole physical properties( PVT) sampler is pre-installed on the sampler carrier,the use of drill pipe to delivery resolves problem of using steel line not to transport to the target depth of the down-hole sampler. Break downing the rupture disc by operating annulus pressure to activate a trigger mechanism of the sampler,and sampling at any time during the open wells flow. The technology can not only access to multiple down-hole formation fluid samples at one-time,but also realize sampling for conduct down-hole formation fluid in one or more individually,or batches at different flow stages. In the case of the sample not being realized by the wire conveyor or unsafe for transport,high quality formation fluid sample up to 10 are got and it saves 8-24 hours of rig time,to be safe and efficient.
